1. Track Intake Everyday for a Week
I need to track what I’m eating on myfitnesspal. I have had huge success with this before. I have a hard time doing it when I snack throughout the day. If I take a bite of Michaels sandwich or take a few sips of his soda I get confused with what I should log it as and I end up not logging for that entire day.
2. Minimum 10,000 steps a day
I need to at least take 10,000 steps on a “non-workout” day. That means if I have to do my homework on the treadmill because I was stuck at the office sitting at my desk all day then so be it.
I need to make an effort to stick to my workout schedule.
