So for the last month I have been doing really well. Maybe not as well as I could be doing however, I’ve been eating 80/20 (in moderation) and working out at MINIMUM 3x per week.
The frustrating part….
not losing any weight, cloths fitting the same, and pictures not showing any difference.
I feel like the last 5 weeks of being “good” we’re for nothing. I really need motivation to keep going. I know in time my efforts will pay off. I was just hoping I would be like 2 pounds down AT LEAST!
